This book presents the Gopi-gita, the gopi's song of separation from Krsna (Srimad Bhagavatam 10th Canto, 31st chapter).

The Srimad-Bhagavatam is the ripened fruit of the desire tree of Vedic knowledge, and it is the direct incarnation of Lord. Indeed its 10th canto is directly Lord Krsna`s lotus face and the rasa-panchadhyaya, chapters 29-33 from 10th canto, are one of the most important.

A faithful person that listen (or read) this revered topics may have vraja prema-bhakti enter his heart and this person will have the heart's disease (lust) destroyed; this is the benediction of Srila Sukadeva Gosvami pada (10.33.39).

In this unprecedented book, Tridandi Svami Srila Bhaktivedanta Vana Gosvami Maharaja's commentary is completely based on nitya-lila pravista om visnupada Srila Bhaktivedanta Narayana Gosvami Maharaja`s katha (moods and speeches) and also based on the commentaries of Srila Rupa Gosvamipada, Srila Jiva Gosvamipada, Srila Sanatana Gosvamipada as well as on the commentaries of other vaisnava acharyas.

As the author himself states:

“By the causeless mercy of Guru, Gauranga, and Radha Vinod Biharijo, I had the great fortune of being close to the lotus feet of Srila Bhaktivedanta Narayan Goswami and hearing hari-katha from his lotus lips. I will now try to write this Gopi-gita grant from what I have heard from him, and the collected commentaries by other vaisnavas”.

These strong vows express the vraja-vasa nistha and radha-nistha of Dasa Gosvami and are even more enlightened by the commentary presented by Tridandi Svami Srila Bhaktivedanta Vana Gosvami Maharaja.

His commentary to these vows is called Narayani-vrtti because it is based on the mood and speech of our most worshipable Param Gurudeva, nitya-lila pravista om visnupada Srila Bhaktivedanta Narayana Gosvami Maharaja.

Jewels of the heart

This book presents the commentary of Tridandi-svami Srila Bhaktivedanta Vana Gosvami Maharaja to a book of Srila Bhaktivinoda Thakura named Harinama Cintamani.

It deeply explains how the Hare Krsna mantra is both the process (sadhana) as well as the goal (sadhya), and how this Hare Krsna mantra cleans the heart of the conditioned soul in the first place, how he goes on revealing himself and how he is a transcendental wish-fulfilling gem.

It is also explained therein what is the process to awaken rasa (transcendental mellows) in the heart through the medium of mantra-mayi upasana and the chanting of the holy names.

Being originally spoken as lectures given in 2009, on the month of Kartik in India, this book is, for its wholeness, as like the essence of Srila Bhaktivinoda Thakura's Jaiva Dharma and, therefore, consists of a very enriching learning for all sadhakas.
